Job summary

Game Kings is seeking a Fitness Director to maximize participation in paid Personal Training by meeting new client acquisition and retention goals. This salaried exempt role oversees the front-end selling process, guides delivery of training services, and manages the member journey through our personal training programs.

You will hire, train, and supervise Personal Trainers, ensure adherence to company standards, and drive high-quality programs backed by science.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales coaching or management in fitness settings.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed new client acquisition and existing client retention goals.
• Sell directly by performing CrunchOne Kickoffs.
• Coach, role play, and guide individual personal trainer direct reports on how to sell.
• Manage schedules and direct resources as informed by KPIs.
• Ensure proper execution and communication of the Client Journey, especially the first 90 days.
• Ensure Personal Trainers deliver high-quality programs backed by a scientific rationale.
• Hire, train, and manage a team of Personal Trainers.
• Conduct meetings with direct reports to review performance and provide direction and motivation.
• Client servicing limited to no more than 5 personal training clients; remaining hours focus on sales, coaching, engagement, trainer development, and operations.
• Compliance with uniform policy; ensure proper administration of PT services including goal tracking and progress reports.
• Maintain reports and data for clarity into performance; communicate takeaways to the GM.
