Job summary

Workout Anytime Franchising Systems, LLC in Florida is seeking a Fitness Director to lead the Personal Training department, drive sales, and grow recurring training revenue while delivering exceptional member experiences.

You will recruit and develop trainers, coach on sales and service, monitor KPIs, and ensure the department hits performance goals through Success Sessions and strategic client engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in personal training sales, fitness management, or a related leadership role.
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Experience leading, coaching, or mentoring fitness professionals.
• Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
• Current nationally recognized Personal Training certification (or ability to obtain within company guidelines).

Responsibilities

• Conduct complimentary Success Sessions with new and existing members and convert to training clients.
• Build relationships with members by identifying goals and recommending personalized training plans.
• Deliver onboarding that increases engagement and retention and follow up with clients.
• Generate recurring personal training memberships and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop Personal Trainers; coach on sales, service, and sessions.
• Maintain client records, participate in meetings, and uphold safety and procedures.
