Pho Prime, LLC in San Francisco is seeking a full-time fitness/spa operations lead to manage front desk, fitness programs, and guest experience. The role offers weekly pay, paid training, and benefits. You will develop monthly events, lead classes, and ensure staff performance while delivering exceptional hospitality and client service.

Aufgaben

• Ensures Fitness and Amenity spaces operate effectively per management expectations.
• Develop a monthly events calendar and teach Yoga, Pilates, and strength classes plus PT sessions.
• Maintain client satisfaction to retain contracts.
• Ensure every client and guest receives a warm welcome and fond farewell.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise team members; lead by example.
• Ensure staff respond quickly to emergencies and follow procedures.
• Use the Team Scheduler to maintain payroll budget compliance.
• Maintain 5 Diamond Performance Standards across the team.
• Complete payroll tasks by deadlines and look for ways to wow clients.
• Provide coaching, evaluations, and hiring recommendations to Area Director.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of spa services and trends.
• Cover shifts to maintain proper staffing.
• Attend trainings and ensure team participation.
• Enforce rules and perform daily inspections for cleanliness.
• Follow NFC policies and HR/Risk protocols.
• Monitor performance and provide support or counseling as needed.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
• Passion for fitness and current Personal Training certifications or equivalent.
• Outgoing personality and hospitality-driven service.
• Able to multitask and work well in a team.

Responsibilities:

• Ensures the Fitness and Amenity spaces are operating effectively and in accordance with Property Management and/or Board of Directors' expectations
• Develop a monthly Calendar of Events and teach Yoga, Pilates, and strength classes as well as PT sessions
• Maintain Client Satisfaction, which will result in the retention of the Contract
• Ensure each client and guest receives a Warm Welcome and Fond Farewell
• Recruits, trains, motivates, supervises, and mentors team members - leads by example
• Ensures that all team members are trained to react intelligently and quickly to all emergencies
• Uses the Company Approved Team Scheduler to ensure payroll budget compliance
• Ensures team members follow 5 Diamond Performance Standards
• Completes necessary Payroll Tasks by Company deadlines
• Always looking for ways to “Wow” all clients by exceeding their expectations and striving to provide aggressive hospitality
• Complete team member evaluations as required. Make hiring, promotion, disciplinary, and termination recommendations to the Area Director.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge about spa services and personal training by remaining current with trends in the industry.
• Cover shifts for team members to ensure proper staffing requirements are maintained
• Attend company meetings/trainings and ensure all team members participate in company training sessions
• Maintain consistency by the entire team in enforcing the rules and regulations established by management, or complete daily inspections using cleaning checklists to ensure cleanliness.
• Adheres to all NFC policies
• Follows HR and Risk Management protocols
• Monitors and reviews daily employees’ performance and provides necessary support, training, or counseling as needed
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
• Passion for Fitness, and current Personal Training certifications or an equivalent degree
• Must have an outgoing personality
• Must be hospitality-driven and offer any necessary assistance to clients and guests
• Must be able to coach and mentor team members
• Must possess the ability to multitask
• Must possess the ability to work in a team environment
