Job summary

Workout Anytime Reidsville is hiring a Fitness Director to lead our Reidsville, NC team and inspire members toward health and results. You will build a culture of wellness, recruit and coach staff, and drive revenue through effective personal training programs.

In this role you will oversee daily operations, ensure an extraordinary member experience, and stay current with safety standards and certifications while mentoring staff to grow their careers in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Accredited personal training certification is required.
• 2+ years of experience in personal training or fitness management.
• Proven track record in fitness sales and meeting revenue targets.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team.
• Excellent communication and member engagement skills.
• CPR/AED certification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily fitness operations and ensure a high-quality member experience.
• Recruit, train, and manage personal trainers and fitness staff.
• Drive personal training sales and meet monthly revenue goals.
• Develop and deliver fitness programs, group training, and member assessments.
