Exos Partners, LLC is seeking a Fitness Design Specialist to support our design and development team remotely on the East Coast. You will assist with client refreshes, layouts, and equipment deployment across projects from early planning to installation.

The role emphasizes coordination, documentation, and high-quality delivery, with opportunities to lead design tasks under senior project leads. Travel is limited to about 10% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide design support for client refreshes and layout updates.
• Create and update project deliverables including equipment layouts, equipment decks, price estimates, and site surveys.
• Support senior project leads with project coordination, documentation, and deliverables.
• Manage equipment approvals in coordination with Supply Chain and equipment orders.
• Gather and analyze internal data and industry research to identify trends, evaluate equipment, and inform design decisions.
• Distribute and track post-installation and NPS surveys with site teams and clients.
• Maintain and update internal tools and resources, including equipment decks, education materials, CAD symbols, and presentation templates.
• Coordinate site surveys, attend select site walks, and support installations as needed.
• Assist with sales presentations and participate in client site walks when required.
• Up to 10% Travel required.

This role provides critical support across an expanding project pipeline by streamlining execution, improving documentation, and ensuring high-quality project delivery. You’ll work on a wide range of spaces and gain experience across the full project lifecycle—from early planning through equipment installation. Minimum rates may vary based on local wage laws. Pay is dependent on factors including location and experience as well as other business needs.
