Job summary

The Edge Fitness Clubs LLC is seeking a motivated Guest Services Associate to join our team. You will greet guests with energy, showcase a friendly attitude, and help drive membership sales while delivering outstanding service.

Hours are 4pm to midnight on weekdays, with chances to enhance member experiences, conduct tours, and close sales at the POS. A passion for fitness and a sales mindset are ideal for success at Edge.

Qualifications

• Ability to work with a sense of urgency and flexibility during closeouts or month-end end-dates.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every guest, creating a welcoming environment.
• Strive to improve member experience, revenues and retention.
• Maintain product knowledge of services and membership options.
• Accurately process sales transactions at POS and manage cash with accuracy.
• Understand opportunities from phone inquiries, in-person visits, and club traffic.
• Master club tours to excite and convert prospects into members.

Position Hours:

This position holds hours of 4pm until midnight during the week.

What You'll Do:

• Bring The Edge culture to life by ensuring each guest receives outstanding service by providing a guest friendly environment by greeting and acknowledging every guest, saying "hello" and "goodbye", while maintaining outstanding standards.
• Strive to continuously improve the member experience, revenues and retention rates.
• Maintain solid product knowledge and awareness of all product information, merchandise and services.
• Accurately and efficiently complete all sales transactions and maintains proper cash accountabilities at POS registers.
• Understands the opportunities of the business: every phone call, prospects walking through the door, in and out of the club.
• Master the tour and build excitement and value with potential new members to ensure an awesome first impression
