Role Overview

We are seeking individuals interested in a Sales Consultant role. Think of yourself as bridging the gap for those wanting to get healthier but unsure how or where to start. Your responsibilities will include finding potential clients, setting appointments, guiding them to suitable memberships, and explaining how personal training can benefit them.

Key Responsibilities

1. Become an ambassador for Workout Anytime, promoting our brand, clubs, and services.
2. Greet and check in members.
3. Answer phones courteously and professionally.
4. Set up new memberships.
5. Sell personal training services.
6. Conduct guest tours.
7. Assist with daily club maintenance.
8. Build relationships inside and outside the gym.
9. Participate in or manage marketing events.
10. Follow up on leads from various sources.

Qualifications

• Experience in the fitness industry or sales preferred.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends preferred.
• Previous gym experience is a plus.
