Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness - Franchise #0315 is seeking Fitness Coaches to lead our coach-inspired, science-backed workouts. Compensation includes $30 to $45 per session plus bonuses for certified trainers, with a six-month track to become a Head Fitness Coach and pay increase.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate members through pre-defined workouts.
• Help members set and achieve goals.
• Ensure members are using correct form and offering corrections when needed.
• Understand the science behind our workouts, heart-rate focused training, and awareness of competitor programs.
• Know how to use and demonstrate usage for every piece of equipment in every workout.
