Orangetheory Fitness is seeking Fitness Coaches to lead our coach-inspired, science-backed, and technology-tracked workouts. You will motivate members, help them set goals, and ensure proper form within heart-rate focused training.

A national fitness certification is required or you must obtain one; no degree is needed. We offer a competitive per-session rate, paid training, a path to Head Fitness Coach, wellness stipends, and staff discounts.

• National fitness certification required or ability to obtain certification.
• Must be able to genuinely connect with and motivate others.

Aufgaben

• Lead and motivate members through predefined workouts.
• Help members set and achieve goals.
• Ensure members use correct form and provide corrections when needed.
• Understand the science behind our workouts, including heart-rate based training.
• Demonstrate use of all equipment involved in each workout.
