Qualifications

• National fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or NCCA accredited equivalent) or ability to obtain certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate members through pre-defined workouts
• Help members set and achieve goals
• Make sure members are using correct form and offering corrections
• Understand the science behind our workouts, heart-rate focused training programs
• Know how to demonstrate usage for every piece of equipment used in workouts
