Qualifications

• National fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or NCCA equivalent) or ability to obtain one.
• No degree required; focus on certification and ability to motivate members.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate members through predefined workouts.
• Help members set and achieve goals.
• Ensure correct form and offer corrections when needed.
• Understand the science behind heart-rate focused workouts and related training concepts.
• Demonstrate proper use of all equipment used in each workout.
