Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness is seeking energetic Fitness Coaches to lead coach-inspired, science-backed, and technology-tracked workouts. You will motivate members, ensure safety, and guide them through high-energy sessions that emphasize heart-rate based training.

The role requires AED/CPR certification and a current fitness certification from an approved provider. Training is provided, and opportunities for advancement exist within the studio network.

Qualifications

• AED/CPR certification is required.
• You must hold a current fitness certification from an education company approved by Orangetheory Fitness.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate members through predefined workouts.
• Help members set and achieve SMART goals.
• Offer form corrections and exercise options with safety as a priority.
• Explain the science behind heart-rate based training and its benefits to members.
• Be knowledgeable about all equipment and demonstrate usage in every workout.
• Maintain a positive attitude and be a team player.
