Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness is looking for energetic and knowledgeable Fitness Coaches to lead our coach-inspired, science-backed, and technology-tracked workouts. As a Fitness Coach you’ll motivate members through pre-defined workouts, help them set SMART goals, offer form corrections, and prioritize safety and exercise options.

AED/CPR certification and a current fitness certification from an approved provider are required; training and development opportunities include paid Orangetheory training and

Qualifications

• AED/CPR certified.
• Current fitness certification from an education company approved by Orangetheory Fitness.

Responsibilities

• Leading and motivating members through pre-defined workouts.
• Helping members set and achieve S.M.A.R.T goals.
• Offering form corrections and exercise options; safety is a priority.
• Understanding the science behind heart-rate based training and educating members on its benefits.
• Knowledge of every piece of equipment and how to demonstrate usage in every workout.
• Maintain a positive attitude and be a team player.
