Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness seeks Fitness Coaches to lead coach-inspired, science-backed workouts in a studio setting. No degree is required, but a national fitness certification (or ability to obtain one) is necessary, along with the ability to motivate others.

You will guide members, ensure proper form, and help clients reach goals using heart-rate focused training and a variety of equipment. Competitive per-session pay, training, and a fast career track are offered.

Qualifications

• National fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or NCCA accredited equivalent) or the ability to obtain certification.
• Ability to connect with and motivate others.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate members through pre-defined workouts
• Help members set and achieve goals
• Make sure members are using correct form and offering corrections
• Understand the science behind our workouts, heart-rate training, and competitive landscape
• Know how to demonstrate usage for all equipment used in workouts
