Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness is seeking energetic Fitness Coaches to lead coach-inspired, science-backed, and technology-tracked workouts. You will motivate members, guide them through predefined sessions, and help them achieve SMART goals in a supportive studio setting.

Coaches must be AED/CPR certified and hold a current fitness certification from an approved provider. The role offers growth opportunities, ongoing training, and a dynamic, positive team culture across 31 studios.

Qualifications

• AED/CPR certified.
• Hold and maintain a current fitness certification from an education company approved by Orangetheory Fitness.

Responsibilities

• Leading and motivating members through pre-defined workouts.
• Helping members set and achieve S.M.A.R.T goals.
• Offering form corrections and exercise options, safety if our priority.
• Understanding the science behind our workouts, specifically heart-rate focused training.
• Knowledge of every piece of equipment and able to demonstrate usage in every workout.
• Positive attitude and being a team player.
