This role rewards performance with a base hourly rate and additional earnings from session premiums, commissions, and incentives. You will work in-club environments, building lasting relationships and helping members achieve lasting health.

Qualifications

• Must have CPR/AED certification and CPT certification or related degree.
• Proven ability to grow client base through high-quality training.
• Sales-minded with ability to convert prospects into clients.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality personal and small group training sessions that drive results and build relationships.
• Grow and retain a strong client base through consultative selling and referrals.
• Design personalized fitness programs for each client and long-term success.
• Build genuine relationships and deliver an exceptional client experience.
• Set expectations, track progress, and adjust programs to maximize results.
• Manage schedule and maintain a robust appointment book.
• Conduct fitness assessments and onboarding sessions for new clients.
• Follow up with clients to support retention and growth.
