Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED; CPR/AED certification current; CPT certification or related degree in exercise science, kinesiology, or related field.
• Proven ability to grow a client base through a high-quality training experience and consistent results.
• Sales mindset with ability to identify client needs and convert prospects into long-term clients.
• Strong foundation in exercise science, program design, and safe coaching.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building to motivate clients.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality personal and small group training sessions that drive results and retention.
• Grow and retain a strong client base through consultative selling and great client experience.
• Design personalized fitness programs aligned with clients' goals.
• Maintain scheduling, session volume, and onboarding of new clients.
• Track progress, adjust programs, and maximize results.
