Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; CPR/AED certification; CPT certification or related degree in exercise science/kinesiology.
• Demonstrated ability to build and grow a client base through a high-quality training experience and consistent client results.
• Sales mindset with ability to identify client needs, recommend training solutions, and convert prospects into long-term clients.
• Strong foundation in exercise science, program design, and safe, effective movement coaching.
• Effective communication and relationship-building skills to motivate, instruct, and create accountability.

Responsibilities
