Job summary

The Exercise Coach® is hiring a Fitness Coach to work in Virginia Beach and nearby locations. You will lead one-on-one and small-group workouts, track client progress, and help clients reach their health goals in a clean, private studio environment.

Paid training is provided; the role values energetic, people-oriented individuals who enjoy empowering others to improve health and fitness.

Qualifications

• Passion for health and fitness is essential.
• Excellent communication skills, in-person and on the phone, with professional conduct.
• Ability to nurture and maintain excitement in clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead individual and small group exercise sessions.
• Track fitness results for clients.
• Follow up on leads by phone and text.
• Conduct exercise and health consultations with clients.
• Sell monthly and package sessions (not high-pressure).
• Work with a team of Fitness Coaches to motivate and educate clients.
