The Exercise Coach in Oakton, VA is hiring energetic fitness coaches to train clients using our 20-minute high-impact sessions and AI-enabled tracking. We value strong communication, customer service, and a passion for helping clients improve strength and health.

We offer paid training, flexible scheduling, advancement opportunities, and a supportive team in a tech-driven studio. CPR/AED certification is required.

Qualifications

• CPR/AED certification from a nationally recognized provider is required to train clients.
• College degree in health sciences is a plus, but not required.
• Experience with technology and data-driven programs is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Coach 1:1, 1:2 and 1:4 strength sessions in a private studio.
• Use adaptive-resistance, computerized fitness technology (training provided).
• Track client progress using AI-enabled fitness data.
• Provide encouragement, accountability and safe instruction.
• Support nutrition and habit-building guidance.
• Assist in calls, leads, scheduling and communications.
• Assist in initial consultations to sell new client memberships (not commission-based).
• Maintain a clean, welcoming studio environment.
