Orangetheory Fitness - Franchise #0027 is seeking Fitness Coaches to lead coach-inspired, science-backed, technology-tracked workouts in a dynamic studio environment. Coaches will deliver structured sessions with emphasis on form, motivation, and client goals.

Qualifications

• No degree is required; national fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or NCCA accredited equivalent) or ability to obtain certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate members through pre-defined workouts.
• Help members set and achieve goals.
• Ensure members use correct form and receive corrections when needed.
• Understand the science behind heart-rate focused training and stay aware of competitive trends.
• Know how to use and demonstrate every piece of equipment used in workouts.

Position Overview

OTF is looking for Fitness Coaches to lead our coach-inspired, science-backed, and technology-tracked workouts.

Day In The Life of a Fitness Coach:

• Lead and motivate members through pre-defined workouts
