Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness is seeking Fitness Coaches to lead coach-inspired, science-backed, heart-rate tracked workouts. You will motivate members, help them set goals, and ensure proper form while explaining the science behind our programs.

No degree is required if you hold a national fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or equivalent) or can obtain one. The role offers $30 to $45 per session with base pay + bonuses, paid training, PTO, wellness stipend, and studio membership with family

Qualifications

• National fitness certification required or ability to obtain one.
• Strong ability to motivate and connect with clients.
• Knowledge of heart-rate based training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead workouts and motivate members through pre-defined sessions.
• Help members set and achieve personal fitness goals.
• Ensure correct form and provide timely corrections.
• Explain the science behind workouts, heart-rate focused training, and comparisons with competitors.
• Demonstrate proper use of all equipment in every workout.

Position Overview

OTF is looking for Fitness Coaches to lead our coach-inspired, science-backed, and technology-tracked workouts.

Day In The Life of a Fitness Coach:

• Lead and motivate members through pre-defined workouts
• Help members set and achieve goals
• Make sure members are using correct form and offering corrections if they aren’t
• Understand the science behind our workouts specifically, heart-rate focused training programs in general, and being aware of what the competition is doing
• Know how to use and demonstrate usage for every piece of equipment utilized in every workout

Requirements

• No degree is needed. We require a national fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or NCCA accredited equivalent) or the ability to obtain a certification.
• We’re looking for individuals who can genuinely connect with and motivate others.
