Orangetheory Fitness Henderson seeks motivated fitness coaches to lead heart-rate based, coach-inspired group workouts and guide members toward personal fitness goals.

No degree is required, and a national certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or equivalent) or the ability to obtain one is supported. Expect a flexible schedule with opportunities for bonuses and a clear career track toward a Head Fitness Coach role.

• Understand heart-rate focused training programs and how our workouts compare to competitors.
• Demonstrate usage for every piece of equipment used in workouts.

Position Overview

OTF is looking for Fitness Coaches to lead our coach-inspired, science-backed, and technology-tracked workouts.

Day In The Life of a Fitness Coach:

• Lead and motivate members through pre-defined workouts
• Help members set and achieve goals
• Make sure members are using correct form and offering corrections if they aren’t
• Understand the science behind our workouts specifically, heart-rate focused training programs in general, and being aware of what the competition is doing
• Know how to use and demonstrate usage for every piece of equipment utilized in every workout

Requirements

• No degree is needed. We require a national fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or NCCA accredited equivalent) or the ability to obtain a certification.
