Qualifications

• No degree is needed. We require a national fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or NCCA accredited equivalent) or the ability to obtain a certification.

• Help members set and achieve goals.
• Ensure members are using correct form and provide corrections when needed.
• Understand the science behind heart-rate focused training programs and related workouts.

Day In The Life of a Fitness Coach:

• Lead and motivate members through pre-defined workouts
