Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness is seeking Fitness Coaches to lead our coach-inspired workouts, track progress, and motivate members. You will guide members through sessions, ensure proper form, and help them reach personal goals in a science-based, heart-rate focused program.

Certified fitness professionals receive base pay plus bonuses per session, with a direct career track to Head Fitness Coach. Perks include PTO, wellness stipend, paid training, and deep family discounts.

Qualifications

• No degree required; national fitness certification or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain certification if not yet certified.
• Proven ability to connect with and motivate others.

Responsibilities

• Lead members through pre-defined workouts and keep them engaged.
• Help members set and achieve personal fitness goals.
• Ensure correct form and provide coaching corrections as needed.
• Explain the science of our workouts and heart-rate based training.
• Demonstrate proper use of all equipment used in workouts.

Position Overview

OTF is looking for Fitness Coaches to lead our coach-inspired, science-backed, and technology-tracked workouts.

Day In The Life of a Fitness Coach:

• Lead and motivate members through pre-defined workouts
• Help members set and achieve goals
• Make sure members are using correct form and offering corrections if they aren’t
• Understand the science behind our workouts specifically, heart-rate focused training programs in general, and being aware of what the competition is doing
• Know how to use and demonstrate usage for every piece of equipment utilized in every workout

Requirements

• No degree is needed. We require a national fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or NCCA accredited equivalent) or the ability to obtain a certification.
• We’re looking for individuals who can genuinely connect with and motivate others.
