NorthPointe is seeking a Sales Associate to join our team in Roscoe, GA. This full-time role offers $15.00 per hour plus bonus and commissions, with full benefits and a flexible schedule.

You will enroll new members, connect them with club services, and build relationships with existing members to help them reach fitness goals. The position emphasizes high-energy sales, excellent communication, and the ability to work with local businesses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2-3 years of experience in sales or a sales-related field required.
• Excellent sales, marketing, research and tracking skills required.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Touring prospective members and inspiring them to start a fitness program.
• Calling/emailing prospective members.
• Meeting with local businesses/organizations to promote the club and group memberships.
• Helping direct members to services to reach their goals.
• Updating member files in the CRM system.
