Job summary

Anytime Fitness in Moultrie, GA is seeking an energetic Club Sales Manager to drive membership, training programs, and merchandise sales while delivering an outstanding member experience. You will lead club staff, coordinate marketing campaigns with the Marketing Director, review reports, and ensure the club is clean, well-maintained, and welcoming to guests and members.

This is a full-time, hourly position with base pay plus commission and bonuses; benefits include company-sponsored plans,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Sales experience is essential.
• Proven ability to lead a team.
• Strong organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet goals.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership, training, and merchandise sales.
• Execute marketing campaigns with the Marketing Director.
• Post club updates on social media to boost engagement.
• Focus on member experience and follow-up with members and prospects.
• Review club reports to identify trends and improve strategies.
• Maintain club cleanliness and equipment in good condition.
• Lead meetings, set goals, and conduct performance reviews.
• Handle weekly deposits, till counts, and inventory checks.
• Support staff and train team members as needed.
