Job summary

Planet Fitness in Windham, ME is seeking a Club Manager to lead gym operations and deliver a high-level, Judgement Free experience for members and guests. You will supervise a team, manage payroll, training, and daily tasks to keep the club clean, friendly, and financially healthy.

The ideal candidate has strong customer service and leadership skills, CPR/AED certification, and the ability to be on-call to meet club needs. This is a full-time, on-site role with room for development.

Qualifications

• Superior customer service skills, preferably in the fitness industry.
• Exceptional leadership, diplomacy and listening skills.
• Must be CPR/AED certified.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a culture of positivity and motivation within the club for the benefit of the Team Members and club members.
• Create and maintain a friendly welcoming atmosphere for all Team Members, members, prospective members, and guests and ensure Team Members follow superior customer service guidelines. Provide +1 service.
• Keep clubs spotlessly clean.
• Recruit, hire, train and develop high-performing teams.
• Complete all payroll functions in a timely manner, this includes but is not limited to running reports, submitting payroll, and approval of timecards.
• Adhere to policies and procedures outlined in the employee handbook.
