Job summary

Crunch Fitness in the United States is seeking a Manager to ensure members receive the highest quality service and facilities while driving financial targets outlined in the club budget. The role requires leadership, staff coordination, and strict adherence to company policies to protect the Crunch brand.

The Manager will recruit, train, and supervise staff, lead sales and revenue initiatives, and oversee operations, personal training, and maintenance.

Qualifications

• 4 year college degree preferred.
• 4 years management experience required.
• Fitness management experience preferred.
• CPR required.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate working knowledge of standard operating procedures and policies pertaining to the club.
• Communicate and implement club policies to employees.
• Encourage staff to work as a team and be productive.
• Recruit and hire high-caliber staff.
• Lead, motivate, and manage team to achieve sales goals.
• Achieve sales and revenue targets through leadership and promotion efforts.
• Oversee Personal Training department and ensure revenue targets.
• Coordinate and work with Fitness, Sales, Marketing, Accounting, and IT functions.
• Resolve member complaints in a timely and tactful manner.
• Maintain club cleanliness, safety, and proper signage.
• Oversee payroll processing and department budgets.
• Conduct regular meetings and provide feedback to staff.
