Job summary

The Crunch Manager at Crunch Fitness - Fitness Growth Capital oversees service quality and facility standards while driving financial targets for the club. You will lead and supervise staff, coordinate activities, and ensure adherence to company policies to protect the Crunch brand.

Reporting to the Owner, you will manage operations, sales, personal training revenue, and customer service, while maintaining a welcoming environment and professional club experience.

Qualifications

• 4 year college degree preferred
• 4 years management experience required
• Fitness management experience preferred
• Current CPR required

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate working knowledge of standard operating procedures and policies pertaining to the club.
• Communicate and implement club policies and procedures to employees.
• Encourage staff to work as a team and be productive.
• Recruit and hire caliber staff.
• Lead, motivate, and manage team to achieve sales goals and revenue targets.
