Job summary

Fairfield, CA location seeking a Club Manager to oversee gym operations and deliver a Judgement Free member experience. You will lead a team, manage payroll, and drive financial success while training staff and maintaining a welcoming environment.

You will coordinate front desk activities, cleanliness, safety, and promotions, with a focus on customer service and staff development. 2+ yrs in management preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older with a passion for fitness.
• One to three years of experience in a management role preferred.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.
• Ability to lead a team and manage payroll and payroll processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related systems.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train and develop a high performing staff of managers, reps, trainers and custodians.
• Create and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for all members and guests.
• Schedule staff and ensure coverage; lead by example in front desk duties.
• Oversee facility cleanliness and safety; coordinate with Facilities Maintenance.
• Assist marketing efforts and promotions at the club.
• Authorize expenditures, refunds and daily bank deposits.
• Prepare HR forms and liaise with Corporate HR and Payroll.
• Track weekly, monthly and annual club statistics and reports.
• Provide backup support for absent employees.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
