• Experience in high-end, resort-style clubs preferred.

• Experience leading teams and managing budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of fitness professionals, delivering 5-star service to members.
• Provide high-quality fitness training, small-group programs and seminars.
• Ensure equipment is well-maintained, safe, and staff are credible and helpful.
• Assist with member onboarding and guide programs that meet goals.
