Job summary

Crunch, LLC is seeking a Manager to ensure high service quality and facility standards at the Sterling club. You will motivate, lead, and coordinate staff to meet annual budget targets while upholding Crunch brand policies and initiatives.

The role reports to the Area Director and requires strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills, with a focus on customer service and operational excellence across departments.

Qualifications

• 4 year college degree preferred.
• 4 years management experience required.
• Fitness management experience preferred.
• Current CPR required.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ability to lead, motivate and manage team.
• Achieve desired sales goals and revenue targets.
• Ensure staff are trained on club policies and procedures.
• Recruit and hire qualified staff while maintaining culture.
• Coordinate operations with Fitness, Sales, Marketing, Accounting and IT.
• Resolve member issues promptly following club procedures.
