Job summary

Exos Tampa is seeking a on-site team member to maintain a clean and orderly facility, lead in emergencies, and deliver personalized member service with a positive, proactive attitude.

Responsibilities include conducting rounds, following manager-on-duty tasks, guiding tours for prospective members, enforcing safety guidelines, restocking areas, assisting users with equipment, and supporting first-aid readiness and AED use. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous supervisory experience is a plus.
• CPR, First Aid & AED certification, or willingness to obtain upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and orderly facility.
• Take the lead in responding to any emergency and be familiar with all emergency procedures.
• Consistently offer the highest level of personalized member customer service while maintaining a positive, enthusiastic and helpful attitude.
• Make multiple rounds of the entire facility during shift.
• During rounds, follow the Manager On Duty tasks.
• Notice and remedy unsafe conditions.
• Give tours to prospective or new members.
• Know and enforce guidelines in age and training restricted areas.
• Refill and restock items in the locker room and common areas as needed.
• Be familiar with the proper use of all equipment - cardio, strength, and free weights. If no trainer is present it is your responsibility to assist members.
• Know the location of and proper use of first aid supplies and AED units.
• Monitor team member activity.
• Other duties as needed.

Education
