Job summary

Exos is a fitness and coaching leader seeking a dedicated supervisor to manage daily facility operations in a Tampa-area fitness center. You will uphold safety standards, guide rounds, and ensure exceptional member service while coordinating with staff.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, supervisory experience is a plus, and CPR/First Aid/AED certification or willingness to obtain upon hire. Exos is an equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous supervisory experience is a plus.
• CPR, First Aid & AED certification, or willingness to obtain upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and orderly facility.
• Lead in responding to emergencies and be familiar with all emergency procedures.
• Provide highest level of member service with a positive, enthusiastic attitude.
• Make rounds of the facility during shift and supervise staff as assigned.
• Notice and remedy unsafe conditions.
• Give tours to prospective or new members.
• Know and enforce guidelines in restricted areas and operate equipment properly.
• Assist members when no trainer is present.
• Know location of first aid supplies and AED units.
• Monitor team member activity.
