Job summary

The Fountaingrove Club in Santa Rosa, CA is seeking a Fitness Monitor to deliver exceptional service across the pool, fitness floor, tennis courts, and classes. You will check in members and guests, answer questions, and help with program signups.

You will maintain cleanliness, follow club rules, and support opening/closing procedures. The role offers a hands‑on, hospitality‑driven environment within Troon, a global leader in golf and community management.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Check in all Members and their guests.
• Greet each member/guest with a smile and a friendly greeting.
• Book tennis court times, group fitness classes both in person and on the phone.
• Be courteous and polite on the telephone as well as face to face contact.
• Maintain positive relations and rapport with members and their guests.
• Be familiar with roles of all staff so that you can direct members/guests to the appropriate areas of the club.
• Listen to members inquiries and complaints and deal with them in a responsible and professional manner.
• Assist in cleaning and straightening of the fitness floor.
• Promote upcoming events and programs to members/guests.
• Know and enforce all the rules, policies, and procedures at the fitness center.
• Follow and complete all opening and closing procedures established at the fitness center.
• Empty towel bins and perform laundry per your shift daily.
