Job summary

Stratton Mountain Resort is seeking a Fitness Center Front Desk Attendant for a part-time seasonal role, with an afternoon/evening shift. The position pays $20.00 per hour and recruitment will be ongoing through December, offering guests excellent service and a friendly, professional environment.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, handling cash and memberships, booking massages and lessons, and assisting with events while maintaining facility cleanliness and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, or equivalent, required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong computer literacy skills.
• CPR/AED certification, company will provide if needed.
• Personal Training certification, a plus.
• Previous customer service experience, preferred.
• Experience working in a fitness/spa center environment, preferred.

• Opening and closing procedures.
• Cash handling and register duties.
• Process membership application.
• Retail merchandising and stocking.
• Book massages, tennis lessons and court times, personal training sessions.
• Assist the maintenance team in maintaining the cleanliness and attractiveness of the facility.
• Follow all safety codes.
• Assist with events as needed.
• Enforce all facility rules and regulations.
• Additional duties as assigned.

The Fitness Center Front Desk Attendants provide excellent customer service to our members and their guests, and are knowledgeable about our facility and the resort. This is a part-time seasonal, afternoon/evening shift, opportunity, paid at $20.00/hour.
