Job description

Fitness Center Attendant

The Fitness Center Attendant will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a safe and clean environment, and enforcing facility policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome, greet, and provide friendly assistance to facility users.
• Provide safe and effective instructions on the operation of all cardiovascular and weight training equipment.
• Inspect, maintain, and clean all exercise equipment.
• Inform facility users of various Campus Recreation announcements.
• Enforce all facility and program policies.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will be a registered Villanova student, with work study eligibility preferred but not required. Availability and physical demands will vary.

Working Conditions:

• Hours/week: 6-20
• Semester: 2025-2026 Academic Year
• Location: Department of Athletics - Intramurals
• Wage Rate: $10/hour
