Job summary

Arch Amenities Group seeks a dedicated Fitness Attendant to supervise the fitness center, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests while delivering outstanding service. You will help guests with program guidance and equipment usage, maintaining records and adhering to all policies.

The role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays, with focus on hospitality and health standards across diverse properties.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, maintain, and clean all fitness equipment and facility areas.
• Greet guests, explain programs and activities, and provide guidance on equipment usage.
• Report and resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate attendance records and ensure compliance with all rules and regulations in a tactful manner.
• Monitor the safety and cleanliness of the front desk and surrounding areas.
• Attend all required meetings and trainings.
• Maintain punctuality and adhere to scheduled work hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Meet regularly with supervisor to review duties and performance.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
