Stretch Zone in Tyler, TX, is seeking an energetic practitioner to deliver assisted stretching services and personalized programs to our member base. You will help members achieve their goals, maintain a welcoming studio atmosphere, and promote ongoing engagement with our stretch memberships.

The role emphasizes hands-on work, clear communication, and a readiness to travel for in-person training after hire.

Qualifications

• Exercise Science/Kinesiology, or other related degrees OR
• Licensed Massage Therapist
• Certified Personal Trainer

Skills

• Comfortable working hands- on with individuals
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written
• Able to travel for in-person training once hired

Hours of Operation

• 7:00am - 7:30pm(Monday - Thursday)
• 7:00am - 6:00pm (Friday)
• 9:00am - 5:00pm (Saturday)

Responsibilities

• Provides our Member base with exceptional service and effective assisted stretching modalities.
• Serves Members and potential Members with an individualized program that suits their specific needs.
• Keep Members coming in consistently to help them attain their goals/set new goals to continue monthly Membership
• Learn and execute the sales process
• Assist with cleanliness of the studio
• Partner with the management team and Membership Director to provide outstanding service and a comfortable atmosphere for all Members.
