A health and wellness company is seeking team members to provide exceptional service and effective assisted stretching modalities. Ideal candidates will have qualifications such as a degree in Exercise Science or relevant certifications like Licensed Massage Therapist or Certified Personal Trainer. Responsibilities include delivering personalized programs, maintaining studio cleanliness, and assisting with member satisfaction. This role offers paid training, commission opportunities, and career growth in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Exercise Science/Kinesiology or related degree or Licensed Massage Therapist or Certified Personal Trainer.
• Comfortable working hands-on with individuals.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Members with exceptional service and effective assisted stretching modalities.
• Serve Members with individualized programs to suit their needs.
• Assist with the cleanliness of the studio.
• Learn and execute the sales process.
• Assist with cleanliness and upkeep of the studio.
• Collaborate with management and the Membership Director to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.

Hours of Operation

• 7:00am - 7:30pm(Monday - Thursday)
• 7:00am - 6:00pm (Friday)
• 9:00am - 5:00pm (Saturday)

• Provides our Member base with exceptional service and effective assisted stretching modalities.
• Serves Members and potential Members with an individualized program that suits their specific needs.
• Keep Members coming in consistently to help them attain their goals/set new goals to continue monthly Membership
• Learn and execute the sales process
• Assist with cleanliness of the studio
• Partner with the management team and Membership Director to provide outstanding service and a comfortable atmosphere for all Members.
