ESC of Eastern Ohio Consortium is seeking a knowledgeable Flag and Rifle Line instructor to join their Marching Band. The successful candidate will attend rehearsals, collaborate with Line Captains to enhance routine quality, and assist with Woodwind sectionals as needed.
Applicants should possess extensive flag and rifle instruction experience, at least two years of collegiate marching band performance, and a valid Ohio Teaching License or Pupil Activity Permit. The role emphasizes teamwork, effective communication, and adherence to compliance standards.
AEA Members: 2% of the base salary on the AEA Certified Salary Schedule
Non-AEA Members: 2% of the base salary on the Non-Degreed Certified Salary Schedule
Employees must follow all board policies, all state and federal laws, and adhere to the Ohio Code of Ethics set up by the Ohio Department of Education.
