Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy is required.
• Current State of Texas license to practice Physical Therapy is required.
• Preferred experience with pediatric populations.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan, and implement physical therapy services for pediatrics birth to 21 years.
• Assess need for adaptive equipment.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistant(s) as necessary.
• Complete documentation to support delivery of Physical Therapy services.
• Measure performance and report on patients’ medical records.
• Adhere to ethical and legal standards.
• Ensure continued competence and updated field knowledge.

• Current State of Texas license to practice Physical Therapy
