Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Alabama is seeking a Sales Outfitter to welcome customers, answer questions, and guide buying decisions with friendly, knowledgeable service. You will demonstrate products, stock shelves, process transactions, and promote CLUB Membership, In-Store Pick-up, and seasonal promotions.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, strong math and communication skills, and the ability to work on a computer-based POS system. Light physical work and teamwork are expected.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent.
• Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and make change.
• Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to our customers and other associates.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Management, coworkers and customers.
• Ability to operate computerized Point of Sale register system.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge customers in a prompt and friendly manner.
• Demonstrate products to customers and assists with buying decisions.
• Replenish and restock merchandise on shelves.
• Keep work area clean, neat and well stocked with supplies.
• Promote programs including CLUB Membership, VOC and In-Store Pick-up.
