Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Two-three years related experience or training.
• Ability to operate cutting utensils safely and use pallet jack or forklift.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean, prepare fish, and discard inedible parts.
• Cut and weigh fillets and portions for servings.
• Receive, inspect and store seafood on delivery.
• Record quantities of seafood received and issued.
• Perform basic cuts (fillet), scaling, and portioning.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs.
