Job summary

Compass Group USA in Milwaukee is seeking part-time, event-based team members for venues including FISERV Forum, Milwaukee Bucks, and Marquette Eagles. The role offers $22.03 per hour with union benefits.

Join a cohesive team delivering attentive service in dynamic, high-traffic settings. You'll learn menu offerings, uphold appearance standards, and provide fast, friendly service while maintaining safety and sanitation practices across service areas.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills to communicate effectively with guests, teammates, and management.
• Able to identify section and table assignments.
• Able to explain procedure and operation for each guest.
• Each table to get their own assigned loft section.
• Able to keep accurate count of guests assigned to tables/booths.
• Able to assist with transporting and running food when needed.

Major Areas of Responsibility

Service

• Completes steps of service to ensure utmost guest satisfaction

Job Requirements

• Walks and stands during entire shift
• Frequently reaches, lifts, stoops, bends and cleans to maintain work (service) area
• Possible job hazards include, but are not limited to; slips, trips, falls, burns, cuts and strains
• English reading, writing and math skills required
• Able to communicate effectively with managers, guests and teammates by speaking and comprehending English
