Job summary

State of Delaware - Family Court is seeking an experienced Fiscal Associate II to support financial operations by recording, reviewing, and processing transactions, records and documents. Under supervision, you will handle complex tasks, applying applicable laws and regulations to ensure accuracy and compliance.

The role requires an Associate's degree or higher in Accounting or related field, and experience with financial data, payroll, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Six months' experience processing accounting, auditing or payroll transactions.
• Six months' experience assessing compliance of financial transactions.
• Six months’ experience compiling financial reports from multiple sources.

Responsibilities

• Review forms, invoices and service contracts to prepare purchase orders with proper approvals.
• Verify correct coding and classifications of transactions.
• Enter, update and report on data using standard software.
• Prepare summaries and reports on account status and balances.
• Deliver excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
