Qualifications

• Strong mathematical and analytical skills for reviewing accounting and numerical documents.
• Knowledge of fiscal and administrative policies, budgeting, and contract management practices.
• Proficiency with FLAIR, FACTS, Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Ability to work independently on complex tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Valid State of Florida License required; FCCM credentials preferred.
• Experience with Florida Medicaid processes such as claims processing, CPT codes, and fee schedules preferred.

Responsibilities

• Financial reconciliation of contracts.
• Technical assistance to contract managers and local programs.
• Serve as subject matter expert for audits.
• Conduct onsite and desk review monitoring of Early Steps programs statewide.
