The Student Success division at the University of South Florida (USF) supports students through academic, health, wellness, and enrichment services. This position provides critical pre‑audit reconciliation support to maintain financial accuracy and compliance with university and state requirements.
Minimum: High School diploma or equivalent with at least three years of work experience in fiscal support roles. College or other relevant post‑secondary coursework may substitute for experience on a year‑for‑year basis.
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related business field and three years of professional fiscal experience.
