Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide fiscal support to the department head, faculty and staff.
• Verify codes and indexes, post transactions to accounts.
• Balance and reconcile department records and correct as needed.
• Maintain cash receipts, cash deposits, and accounts payable/receivable.
• Prepare personnel travel reimbursements and resolve discrepancies.
